Simple rules for using Bob & Lynda clearly and transparently.
1. App description
Welcome to Bob & Lynda. By using the app you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The app lets you choose between two virtual characters, Bob or Lynda, and send them messages about thoughts, emotions, or advice. Replies follow the tone of your message. The app does not collect personal data and does not require authentication. Messages are temporary and are not permanently stored. The purpose is playful interaction with the characters.
2. Advanced features
You can use the app for free, which may include ads. A Premium Pass removes ads and removes request limits so you can send more messages without waiting. Premium purchases are handled by the respective app store.

3. Privacy
We do not collect or store personal user data. The app does not ask for names, emails, or other personal information. Messages exchanged with Bob or Lynda are processed to provide a reply and are not used for marketing or analytics. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.
4. In-app purchases
In-app purchases for the Premium Pass are managed by Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by the store’s policies.
5. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the app or inability to use it.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will appear in this section and take effect immediately.
